Rheopoly®PPA are series of fluoropolymer based processing aids. It can improve the process of thermoplastic extrusion, especially in low MI liner polyolefin (LLDPE, HDPE and m-PE).
Description: Rheopoly® PPA3511N is white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. At a very low level addition (100－600ppm), it can improve thermoplastic extrusion and does not affect the original physical property of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing. With advanced technology , PPA3511N can be effective at 50-70% dosage as traditional PPA products. This product also has a faster conditioning and stronger interaction resistance and thermal stability. It is suitable for high viscosity resin blown film application.
Form: White to off-white granular
Application: All extrudates of LLDPE, HDPE, mLLDPE, LDPE, PP and other thermoplastics

Rheopoly® PPA 3520 is free flow, 60mesh white powder and granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resins.
Rheopoly® PPA3532 is free flow, white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It is suitable for high viscosity resin extrusion or high temperature applications.
Rheopoly® PPA 3512 is white powder fluoropolymer based process aid. It is easy to be dispersed in polymer matrix and has excellent thermostability.
Rheopoly® PPA 2511 is white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. This product has a faster conditioning and stronger interaction resistance and thermo stability.
