Rheopoly®PPA are series of fluoropolymer based processing aids. It can improve the process of thermoplastic extrusion, especially in low MI liner polyolefin (LLDPE, HDPE and m-PE).
Description: Rheopoly® PPA3511N is white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. At a very low level addition (100-600ppm), it can improve thermoplastic extrusion and does not affect the original physical property of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing. With advanced technology , PPA3511N can be effective at 50-70% dosage as traditional PPA products. This product also has a faster conditioning and stronger interaction resistance and thermal stability. It is suitable for high viscosity resin blown film application.

Application: All extrudates of LLDPE, HDPE, mLLDPE, LDPE, PP and other thermoplastics

Rheopoly® PPA 3525 is free flow, 40mesh white powder and granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resins.
Rheopoly® PPA 3520 is free flow, 60mesh white powder and granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resins.
Rheopoly® PPA3511 is free flow, white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It is suitable for wire and cable applications or high temperature applications.
