Rheopoly®PPA are series of fluoropolymer based processing aids. It can improve the process of thermoplastic extrusion, especially in low MI liner polyolefin (LLDPE, HDPE and m-PE).
Description: Rheopoly® PPA 3512 is white powder fluoropolymer based process aid. At a very low level addition(100-500ppm), it can improve thermoplastic extrusion and does not affect the original physical property of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing. PPA3512 is easy to be dispersed in polymer matrix and has excellent thermostability.

Application: All extrudates of LLDPE, HDPE, mLLDPE, LDPE, PP and other thermoplastics

Rheopoly® PPA 3525 is free flow, 40mesh white powder and granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resins.
Rheopoly® PPA 3520 is free flow, 60mesh white powder and granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resins.
Rheopoly® PPA3518 is free flow, 40mesh white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. This product also has a faster conditioning and stronger interaction resistance and excellent thermostability.
Rheopoly® PPA3532 is free flow, white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It is suitable for high viscosity resin extrusion or high temperature applications.
