Rheopoly®PPA are series of fluoropolymer based processing aids. It can improve the process of thermoplastic extrusion, especially in low MI liner polyolefin (LLDPE, HDPE and m-PE).
Description: Rheopoly® PPA3518 is free flow, 40mesh white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. At a very low level addition (200-800ppm), it can improve PE processing, and does not change the original physical property of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing. It can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other thermoplastic resins .With advanced technology, PPA3518 can be effective at lower dosage than traditional PPA products. This product also has a faster conditioning and stronger interaction resistance and excellent thermostability.
Form: White to off-white granular
Application: All extrudates of LLDPE, HDPE, mLLDPE, LDPE, PP and other thermoplastics

Rheopoly® PPA3532 is free flow, white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It is suitable for high viscosity resin extrusion or high temperature applications.
Rheopoly® PPA 3512 is white powder fluoropolymer based process aid. It is easy to be dispersed in polymer matrix and has excellent thermostability.
Rheopoly® PPA 2511 is white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. This product has a faster conditioning and stronger interaction resistance and thermo stability.
