Rheopoly®PPA are series of fluoropolymer based processing aids. It can improve the process of thermoplastic extrusion, especially in low MI liner polyolefin (LLDPE, HDPE and m-PE).
Description: Rheopoly® PPA 3525 is free flow, 40mesh white powder and granular fluoropolymer based process aid. At a very low level addition ( 200-600ppm), it can improve PE processing, and does not affect the original physical property of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing. It can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resins.
Form: White to off-white powder and granular
Application: Blow film, Cast flim, Blow molding and all other polyolefin extrusion process

Rheopoly® PPA3511N is white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It is suitable for high viscosity resin blown film application.
Rheopoly® PPA 3524 is free flow, 60mesh white powder and granular form. It can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resins.
Rheopoly® PPA 3520 is free flow, 60mesh white powder and granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resins.
Rheopoly® PPA3511 is free flow, white granular fluoropolymer based process aid. It is suitable for wire and cable applications or high temperature applications.
