Shinepoly®ASA impact modifier has a crosslinked poly(butyl acrylate) core with grafted SAN shell. It provided superior impact performance, weatherability, heat aging and chemical resistance while producing ASA, PC/ASA, PMMA/ASA etc.
Description: Shinepoly® LP2061 modifier is a acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate (ASA) core-shell impact modifierwith an enhanced stabilizer package that provides superior weatherability, heat aging, impactperformance and excellent resistant of various chemical products. Because of the core-shell structure, the improvement in impact performance is obtained with onlyminor effect on other mechanical properties such as modulus and heat distortion temperature.
Form: Free flow white powder
Application: Shinepoly® LP2061 is recommended for use in PC, PC/ABS, AS and PVC. It is targeted for use in painted automotive applications, electrical/electronic components, household appliances, window profiles, roof tile, business machines, lawn and garden equipment, and recreational vehicles where ease of processing, thermal stability, excellent impact and a good balance of physical properties are important.
