Shinepoly®Anti-dripping Agent is encapsulated PTFE made with optimized fluoropolymer resin and through patented in situ polymerization. Optimized shell material of Shinepoly®anti-dripping agent offers excellent dispersion in various thermoplastic to make high quality molded parts, such as PC, PA, PPO, PBT, ABS, HIPS, PP and alloys.
Shinepoly SN3300B3 is series of chemically modified PTFE granulars. By addition of Shinepoly SN3300B3 into thermoplastic compound formular, the plastics will has enhanced anti-dripping property to meet UL 94 V0 and V1 standard. Compared with virgin PTFE, the melt strength and flexural modulus will be increased as well. SN3300B3 has excellent dispersability and easy handling features. SN3300B3 is not easy to be agglomerated at room temperature. The parts molded with SN3300B3 has smooth surface with less gels and knitlines.

Process Guide: SN3300B3 can be directly added into the formulation during plastic compound extrusion and typical concentration is from 0.1% to 1%.

Shinepoly® SN3300 is PS encapsulated PTFE granular. Be used in all thermoplastics especially applicable to PC, PS, ABS, PBT, PPO and their alloys needs anti-dripping property.
Shinepoly® SN3300B3 is ST-AN encapsulated PTFE granular. Be used in all thermoplastics especially applicable to PC, PS, ABS, PBT, PPO and their alloys needs anti-dripping property.
