SN3300B7

Shinepoly SN3300B7 is series of chemically modified PTFE granulars. By addition of Shinepoly SN3300B7 into thermoplastic compound formular, the plastics will has enhanced anti-dripping property to meet UL 94 V0 and V1 standard. Compared with virgin PTFE, the melt strength and flexural modulus will be increased as well. SN3300B7 has excellent dispersability and easy handling features. SN3300B7 is not easy to be agglomerated at room temperature. The parts molded with SN3300B7 has smooth surface with less gels and knitlines.Shinepoly® SN3300B7 is ST-AN encapsulated PTFE granular.

• Application:All thermoplastics especially applicable to PC, PS, ABS, PBT, PPO and their alloys needs anti-dripping property.
• Process Guide:SN3300B7 can be directly added into the formulation during plastic compound extrusion and typical concentration is from 0.1% to 1%.
